SpiceModo is a trading brand of that company and is not a separate legal entity.
2. Nothing here is an offer
Product information, specifications, grades, origins, pack formats, lead times, indicative MOQs and shipping estimates on this site are published for general guidance to business buyers. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from your use of this site or from submitting the enquiry form. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a proforma invoice or sales contract and you accept it.
3. Specifications and the Certificate of Analysis
Agricultural products vary between lots, harvests and seasons. Figures published here — curcumin, piperine, capsaicinoid and coumarin content, moisture, bulk density, microbial and contaminant parameters — describe typical or contracted ranges, not a guarantee for any particular consignment.
The Certificate of Analysis issued for the specific lot you are buying is the operative specification. Where a CoA and this website disagree, the CoA governs. We encourage buyers to validate every lot against their own acceptance criteria before shipment, and we will supply samples and lot-specific CoAs for that purpose.
4. Compliance information is not legal advice
Our guides discuss import rules, contaminant limits, Incoterms and documentation for various markets. These are written to be accurate and are updated when we notice they are not, but regulations change and their application depends on your product, your market and your circumstances.
