What makes ours different

Most exported coconut is desiccated — dried to 3% moisture, with the flavour dried out along with the water. Ours is different: fresh mature Kerala coconuts are hand-graded, hygienically processed, and frozen within hours of grating. The result keeps roughly 45% natural moisture, full coconut fat, and the fresh taste that desiccated product can't deliver. Microbial load is held below 100 CFU/g — food-manufacturing-grade hygiene, verified on every lot.
